Apple Fruit

They’re rich in fiber and antioxidants. Eating them is linked to a lower risk of many chronic conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Apples may also promote weight loss and improve gut and brain health. Ten attributes were selected to describe the apple characteristics: fruitiness, acidity, sweetness, juiciness, crispness, hardness, toughness, mealiness, vegetativeness, and astringency. Apple is a sweet and delicious fruit that is very healthy. It is also a good disease-fighter and we can eat it every day. The delicious taste and bright colour of the food make it even more appealing.
