How to Measure Yourself

📏

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal under your arms.

📐

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 20cm below your waistline.

📍

Inseam

Measure from your crotch seam to the bottom of your leg along the inner thigh.

Shoulders

Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the other across the back.

Pro Tip

Use a soft measuring tape and wear fitted clothing. If between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

💡 To measure your head, wrap a soft tape around your head just above the ears and eyebrows. All Alpha headwear features adjustable closures for a custom fit.

Between Sizes?

We always recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, streetwear silhouette. Size down for a fitted, structured look.

Washing & Care

Cold wash only. Do not tumble dry. Iron inside out on low heat. This preserves the shape and print quality of your Alpha gear.
